As a graduate of the Human Movement program at Southern Cross University, I have had the pleasure of working in the Fitness Industry now for over 30 years. During that time I have held positions of Personal Trainer, Learn to Swim Instructor, Swim Squad Coach, Gym Instructor, Sports Trainer and Strapper, Fitness Centre Manager, and Fitness and Aquatics Manager.
It's been an exciting journey helping people with exercise, injuries and lifestyle improvements. I would not change anything if I had a second chance.

Specialising in low-intensity exercise for elderly, disabled and clients aiming for lifestyle improvements. In consultation with your Doctor and other Specialists (physio, chiro, etc) I am able to assist you with one-to-one or in small groups up to 3 in mild exercise and injury rehabilitation programs. Exercise mediums may include water, floor, chair, or more natural outdoor areas. Relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and mental clarity for wellbeing are also offered.
