Vice Justice

Clerk
Functionally, this role is the Secretary of the chapter. They would take the minutes at the meetings and work with the Justice and Marshal to distribute all Chapter information, as well as maintain attendance and roster records and keep the directory, the Chapter Google Drive, and the Chapter Google Calendar up to date.
Treasurer
As the head of finances, they would work with the SBA and GSG to secure PAD funding, and be in charge of all of the financial transactions of the chapter at fundraising events.
Marshal
Functionally, this is the Historian of the chapter. They would be the guardian of Fraternity rituals, maintaining the organization identity aspect of Fraternity membership, and be in charge of initiation.
Each E-Board member also can appoint 1-2 Chiefs of Staff to assist them with their Fraternity duties and projects. Chiefs can be either Friendbers or Members (with exception to the Marshal's Chief of Staff, which can only be held by a member). If you would like to be a Chief of Staff, contact northeastern.pad@gmail.com for an application.
