Jackie Cope Ed.D. is a children's book author and women's issues writer. Her writing career started when she was first traditionally published by Acute By Design, a small multicultural start up publishing company, when she was 26 years old. She found the writing process inspiring and exciting. She continues to write children's stories and has branched out into women's issues when her life was completely changed by divorce. She wanted to share her journey to independence and happiness. 

Dr. Cope is also an Education writer. Coming in the Summer of 2023, Dr. Cope will be coming out with a new approach to personal professional development through thoughtful and intentional reflection.
