Empowering professionals through strategic, interactive training has been a cornerstone of my career. Over the years, I have designed and delivered high-impact programs that bridge academic theory with industry practice, enabling learners to excel in today’s dynamic work environment. My experiences span across esteemed institutions such as The NorthCap University, Symbiosis Corporate & Professional University, and Symbiosis Skills & Professional University, complemented by freelance corporate training engagements and specialized sessions at Avis Aviation Academy.

At The NorthCap University, I served as a Behavioral Trainer, focusing on equipping students with the crucial skills necessary for a seamless transition from academia to the professional world. By implementing the SCALE framework—a structured approach encompassing self-assessment, targeted skills enhancement, and personal development—I helped students identify their strengths and address areas for improvement. Interactive workshops covering interview techniques, resume building, and core employability skills were integral components of the program. Coupled with industry guest lectures and personalized mentoring sessions, these initiatives demystified the job interview process and enhanced students’ personal branding, resulting in greater confidence and readiness for real-world challenges. 

As an employee of Symbiosis Skills & Professional University, I am actively involved in leading the GCC Employability and Skilling Program. My core responsibilities include conducting structured training sessions for Symbiosis students, as well as for students from our academic partner institutions such as Christ College and Neville Wadia Institute of Management. These sessions are designed to equip learners with critical employability skills, including emotional intelligence, conflict management, interpersonal skills, and aptitude development—ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the expectations of the corporate world.

In addition to my work with student cohorts, I also represent Symbiosis Corporate & Professional Learning in delivering specialized corporate training sessions. These engagements have allowed me to collaborate with prominent organizations such as Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions and Avinash Cargo Pvt. Ltd. The training modules for corporate clients have spanned a wide range of topics, including conflict management, data analysis for business outcomes, and advanced MS Excel. These sessions are tailored to the unique challenges faced by professionals in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape and are designed to deliver actionable strategies that improve workplace efficiency, communication, and leadership.

This dual focus—supporting both student and corporate learning—enables me to maintain a comprehensive and adaptive approach to training delivery, ensuring relevance and impact across a diverse audience base.

In addition to my work with established institutions, I have taken on freelance corporate training assignments that have afforded me the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele. This experience has refined my approach to training by requiring content customization that aligns with specific corporate cultures and business objectives. Through these engagements, I have learned that active engagement and experiential learning are key drivers of sustainable professional growth.

At Avis Aviation Academy, I developed specialized training programs to address the unique demands of the aviation sector. I supported aviation aspirants in enhancing their personal presence and communication skills, ensuring they were well-prepared for cabin crew and ground staff interviews. 

In every facet of my work—be it through academic institutions like The NorthCap University, Symbiosis Corporate & Professional University, and Symbiosis Skills & Professional University, via freelance corporate training, or through specialized programs at Avis Aviation Academy—the underlying goal remains consistent: to empower individuals with the skills, strategies, and confidence required to thrive in today’s competitive professional landscape.
