My journey then took me to The NorthCap University, where I served as a Behavioral Trainer with the Center of Professional Attachment & Alumni Engagement. During my time there, I transformed how students prepared for their professional journeys. Through my SCALE framework—Soft Skills, Communication, and Language Enhancement, I helped students develop essential competencies to thrive in the modern workplace.
