Profile: 

I am a semiconductor devices researcher with over five years of experience in GaN HEMT devices for power applications. My current research focuses on the development of reliable enhancement-mode AlGaN/GaN HEMT devices, covering areas such as device fabrication, electrical characterization, reliability testing, and computational and analytical modeling. My work has resulted in six patents, multiple publications in IEEE Transactions and journals, and in international peer-reviewed conferences, along with several ongoing projects.
