They are not our competition. They deliver an inferior product targeted at in-experienced agents that are only concerned with price. Many of them take quality shortcuts by using the Matterport Scan to produce your still photos. Although the Matterport can produce a nice virtual tour video-like product, the photos produced from the scan are not to the quality level that can be obtained from a professional DSLR camera. The choice of photo composition using the Matterport scans are limited to the location that the scan points were taken whereas photos taken from the DSLR can be taken at any optimized location of choice by the photographer. This results in improved composition in the photos. Further, many cut corners by not being FAA 107 certificated to fly drones for commercial purposes. This puts them and you as an agent in potential legal jeopardy by the FAA. Many also do not carry liability insurance which can also put you in further legal jeopardy. If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is! You want to be associated with a quality product and so do we. Let's do it together!

We are 100% legal. We have the FAA 107 certification which allows us to legally operate for commercial use. In addition we are extensively trained, licensed pilots and we also are fully insured.

WHAT IF I NEED A HIGH RESOLUTION PICTURE FOR A FLYER OR WEBSITE?
For our Real Estate Clients, a High Resolution Photo Package is included free of charge for your printing and "blow up needs". These high resolution photos can be shared with possible clients, used for flyers, and used in your websites at will. Where others may deliver low resolution images under 1 Mbyte filesize , our high resolution images are typically near 10 Mbytes.
IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO TO THE PICTURES TO PUT THEM ON THE MLS FOR REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY?
No, we deliver them to you MLS ready (4:3 ratio < 5 Mb filesize) per the local MLS standards of IRES and RE Colorado.
