1. Age Restriction You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Ranitalk app. If a user enters an age below 18 during registration, access will be blocked immediately.
2. Coin Purchases and No Refund Policy
Male users must purchase virtual coins to initiate audio or video calls.
Coins are deducted from the user's wallet on a per-minute basis during active calls.
All coin purchases are strictly non-refundable.
If a payment fails or is deducted without coins being credited, users must contact support for manual resolution.
3. Earnings and Withdrawals (For Female Users)
Female users earn coins on a per-minute basis during calls, provided a minimum of 30 seconds is completed for that minute.
Users must submit valid bank details and PAN information to request a withdrawal.
Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be deducted from the gross withdrawal amount before the net payout is processed.
All payouts are processed manually by the administration team.
4. User Conduct, Safety, and Moderation
Screen Recording and Screenshots: To protect user privacy, screen recording and screenshots are strictly blocked across all call screens on both iOS and Android devices.
Users can block and report other users for inappropriate behavior.
The administration reserves the right to issue a Permanent Ban against any user violating platform rules, which will blacklist their mobile number from re-registering.
Banned users are permitted to submit a single "Unban Request" with a reason, which is subject to admin review.
