1. How to Delete Your Account Users have the right to permanently delete their account at any time. This action can be performed directly within the app by navigating to the Profile & Settings section and selecting Permanent Account Deletion.
2. Consequences of Account Deletion When you permanently delete your account, the following actions take place immediately:
For Male Users: Any unused coin balance remaining in the wallet is permanently forfeited.
For Female Users: Any pending or unwithdrawn earnings balance is permanently forfeited.
Your registered mobile number will be freed and can be used to register a new account in the future.
3. Data Retention for Safety Please note that while your profile and access are deleted, your Call History records are retained securely in the admin panel for internal record-keeping and safety monitoring purposes.
