INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY BOMBAY, MUMBAI, INDIA
I am Ranie Seetha Lakshmi Jeyakumar, a final year dual-degree (B. Tech and M. Tech) student from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) specializing in Solid State Devices. I will be joining Georgia Institute of Technology to pursue a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
I am currently working with Prof. Dipankar Saha on high electron mobility transistors and p-type diamond transistors. Additionally, I am working with Prof. Veeresh Deshpande on the compact modeling of Indium Tin Oxide transistors. I have also conducted research on heterojunction bipolar light-emitting transistors at National Taiwan University (NTU) with Prof. Chao-Hsin Wu.
Outside academics, I enjoy swimming. I have also completed one year of training under the National Cadet Corps (NCC) at IIT Bombay.
