Performs a variety of tasks associated with material handling and control in support of manufacturing printed circuit boards and other products
Receives, counts and stocks raw materials
Ensures accurate counts, packaging, stock rotation, part identification and shelf life determination
Receives, sorts, inspects, and validates warranty on returned material
Completes detailed inventory transactions in appropriate systems, documenting the receipt and delivery of materials
Deliver material to production and shipping areas to standard process
Prepares, configures, and packages upgrade material kits for delivery
Uphold a strict understanding and application of all workplace safety protocols and requirements
Skills:Â
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP preferred)
Ability to interpret pick/order tickets with 100% accuracy
Knowledge warehousing/inventory processes: Cycle Counting, FIFO, bin accuracy, labeling, shelf-life management, and Min/Max levels
Ability to maintain precise records of all material movements and documentation
Equipment Operation: Proficient with reel counters and pallet jacks
Communication: ability to read and write English
Experience with RF Scanners for inventory tracking - preferred
Physical Demands:
Duties of this position are performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
Duties of this position require occasional sustained concentration to focus on small areas, objects, computers, etc.
Duties of this position require continuous light physical effort and exertion including prolonged repetitive motion, standing, sitting in a confined work space, climbing, using equipment, handling lightweight materials, etc.
Duties of this position require frequent heavy manual effort and considerable exertion including lifting objects over 20 pounds, requiring straining, pulling and lifting.
Responsibilities include:
Electro-Mechanical assembly of custom test fixtures and various styles of test equipment
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and customer specifications
Electrical wiring of test fixtures, rack mount cabinets and control panels
Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout all production phases to ensure components function consistently and correctly
Maintain production targets by adhering to established TAKT and cycle time requirements
Uphold a strict understanding and application of all workplace safety protocols and requirements
Install heavy metal components
Skills:
Proficient in electrical, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Understanding of various levels of assembly - preferred
Capable of adjusting equipment within scope or escalating issues to Team Leaders
Basic computer skills and knowledge of using scanners
Communication: ability to read and write English
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) or a willingness to learn
Expert use of torque drills and assembly tools

Experience with Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) or a willingness to learn
Knowledge of Fiber Optics or PCB/circuit board assembly /small component assembly

Responsibilities include:
Performs manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, and inspection and repair of products
Sets up, operates and adjusts test sets and auxiliary equipment. In addition will perform machine and line setups, and first line preventative maintenance
Moves from one operation and/or product to another as schedule dictates. Inspects products using visual, automated, electronic and mechanical inspection procedures
Uses automated and non-automated diagnostic programs to perform electronic product testing and functional testing
Troubleshoots, highlights and communicates issues relating to routine and/or basic defects
Experience with the Linux operating System (OS)
Skills:
Ability to recognize problems in the assembly process or with assembly components and to address those problems
Ability to troubleshoot problems down to component level
Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings, verify mechanical dimensions and other features
General knowledge of product process flow
Knowledge of product quality and soldering specifications and quality improvement processes
Knowledge of manufacturing information systems
Ability to recognize problems in the operation process or with components and to highlight/communicate those problems to Team Leader
Experience with the Linux operating System (OS) - preferred

Separates and returns non-conforming materials to appropriate person(s). Positions may include tasks associated with supporting reviews & correction of the uploaded files and format of documents in the document control system
Monitors product quality problems and escalates to Quality Team Leader. Tasks may include supporting activities associated with quality records in the system. Performs tasks as assigned by the Quality Team Leader. May include activities supporting generic users in the Document Control system
