next steps

1. Upon submission of the quick apply form, our recruitment team will review your information to determine if an interview should be scheduled.

Selected for an interview or not, you will receive a reply from our team.

2. If chosen for an interview, a member of our recruitment team will reach out based on the availability/preference you provided on your Quick Apply Form.

3. If offered an opportunity at the end of your interview, your recruiter will connect you with the opportunity at Celestica in the Randstad App, and schedule you for a Site Tour.

Upon receipt of the job in the app, complete all required steps as soon as possible. 

Please note: Any delay in completing the steps in the app will also cause a delay in your background check results. We are not allowed to start candidates to work without having background check results returned.

4. Attend the Site Tour.

During your Site Tour day, you will meet members of our Randstad Site Management team, and be provided with a tour of the Celestica facility. Please make sure you are dressed appropriately for the tour. Celestica's dress code is provided below:

5. Upon Tour Completion

You will recieve a link via email to schedule your required drug test. This must be completed within 5 days.

When the Randstad Site Management team receives confirmation of your drug test results, a team member will reach out to schedule your first day at Celestica.

5. Attend First Day

During your first day, you will receive an introduction to the Randstad Site Management Team, company overviews for both Randstad and Celestica, learn pay methods and frequency, timekeeping, policies including but not limited to attendance and dress code, expectations for safety in the workplace, and expectations for the rest of day 1. 

At the end of your orientation, you will head out to the production floor to begin on the job training.

Remember to make sure you are dressed appropriately based on the previously provided dress code.
