The talent pay period each week is Saturday through Friday, with guaranteed weekly pay on Fridays.

Pay is hourly, and dependent upon the role offered by your recruiter.

Randstad hosts a (compensated) comprehensive orientation in the morning of your first day covering information on both companies, policies and safety.

Following your classroom orientation, you will be introduced to the work environment and receive practical (hands on) training from Celestica.

Most shifts adhere to the below start/stop times, but your recruiter will confirm for you at the time of your interview.

• 1st shift begins between 6:45a and 7:15a, and ends between 3:15p and 4:00p

• 2nd shift begins between 3:30p and 4:00p, and ends between midnight and 12:30a

• 3rd shift is pending

Historically, Celestica has not scheduled shifts on major holidays. Examples: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
