If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from Randoms Chat, please follow the steps below. Once we receive your request, our team will verify the information and purge your data from our servers within 48–72 hours.
Upon successful verification, the following data will be permanently removed:
Your unique User Profile (Username and Avatar).
Your Friends list and all Peer-to-Peer connections.
Your Blocked users list.
All stored Offline Mail and Chat History.
To protect your security, we require specific information to verify that you are the owner of the account. Please send an email with the following details:
1. Recipient Information
Email to: kirtanmangukiya32@gmail.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Username]
2. Required Details in Email
Username: Provide the exact username currently displayed on your profile.
Device ID: This is your unique identifier.
Screenshot: You MUST attach a clear screenshot of your Settings Screen where the Device ID is visible at the bottom.
Open the Randoms Chat app on your mobile device.
Navigate to the Settings screen (accessible via the drawer or profile icon).
Scroll to the very bottom of the Settings page.
You will see a long string of characters labeled "Device ID".
Take a screenshot of this area and attach it to your email.
Note: Deletion is permanent. Once your data is purged, it cannot be recovered. If you simply wish to start over with a new identity, you can use the "Delete Account" option within the app settings to trigger an automatic identity reset.
Since Randoms Chat is an anonymous platform, we do not use traditional email/password logins. The Device ID screenshot is the only way for us to verify that the request is coming from the actual owner of the device associated with that account. This prevents unauthorized users from deleting your data.
