Randoms Chat: Child Safety Standards & CSAM Policy
At Randoms Chat, we are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) of minors.Â
1. Zero Tolerance
Randoms Chat prohibits the uploading, sharing, or promotion of any content that exploits or endangers children. Any user found violating this policy will be immediately and permanently banned from the platform.
2. Reporting & Legal Action
Randoms Chat complies with all relevant child safety laws. If we become aware of CSAM or CSAE on our platform, we will preserve the evidence, permanently terminate the offending account, and immediately report the incident and user data to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, as well as relevant regional law enforcement authorities.
3. In-App Reporting
We empower our community to help keep Randoms Chat safe. Users can instantly report any suspicious behavior, accounts, or messages using the "Report User" button located directly within the chat interface. All reports are prioritized and reviewed by our moderation team.
4. Contact Information
If you have questions regarding our child safety practices or need to report an incident externally, please contact our designated safety representative at: kirtanmangukiya32@gmail.com
