Welcome to the Randleman High School Army JROTC family! Since 1993, our program has developed generations of student leaders by instilling character, citizenship, leadership, and personal responsibility. For over three decades, our cadre and instructors have empowered cadets to achieve their full potential inside and outside the classroom.

The Tiger Battalion delivers dynamic opportunities for students to sharpen leadership skills, build character, serve the Randleman community, and forge lifelong friendships. Cadets gain real-world confidence and career-ready skills through hands-on leadership training, community service projects, academic challenges, and physical fitness instruction.

We firmly believe that leaders earn their rank through service, integrity, respect, and commitment. Whether you want to sharpen your leadership, give back to your community, or challenge yourself to grow, the Tiger Battalion offers a place for you. Explore our website, discover our cadet activities, and see how Randleman High School Army JROTC builds leaders of character every single day.
