No early dissmisal for MS runners. The bus will be outside the MS at 2:55, leave at 3:10-15 for Kenwood Middle School. We will bring the tarp, laundry bags, and med kit but other supplies will be left at the HS (tent and water jugs). As such, make sure you're bringing your own water bottle (maybe multiple).

Kenwood Trail Mix Mile
Date: Monday, October 7, 2019
Location: Kenwood Trail Middle School, 19455 Kenwood Trail, Lakeville MN 55044.
Race Length: 1 mile
Race Schedule -- we will run ahead of schedule if possible
4:00 pm- 6th grade girls
4:15 pm- 6th grade boys
4:30 pm- 7th grade girls
4:45 pm- 7th grade boys
5:00 pm- 8th grade girls
5:15 pm- 8th grade boys
5:30pm - Awards
SCORING INFORMATION:
-Score Top 5 runners, 1st place grade level teams will win a bag of Chex mix to share
-Top 10 finishers of each race will receive a medal
-Coaches provide all your own runners with a sticker label with their name, grade and school
-There will be a big clock at the finish line, coaches should plan to record their own runner’s times, we will record top 10 runners times and places by peeling the sticker label in the chute and placing on a poster board for each race –
ONLY TOP 10 will be recorded, coaches are responsible for all your runner’s times
TEAM SCORING - Coaches should collect finish cards from their top 5 runners, add up places to figure team score and place inside a provided scoring envelope and bring to the scoring table near the finish line following each race - if envelopes are not turned in, your team will not be included in the team scoring - trail mix to share to top team in each age/gender race
Important Information
-The races will take place on the trails and fields to the west of the school, the course is a hilly,
challenging 1 mile.
-Buses can park on the pool side or back of the school
IMPORTANT----The lower level of the school will be available for restroom use only – please keep your athletes out of the school except to use restrooms!
