Thesis: The role of ACE, TNF-α, and CTLA4 in Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD). 

This study investigated single-nucleotide polymorphisms for their plausible role in the etiology of RHD.

I learned various biochemical analysis techniques and worked as summer trainee at Quality Assurance & Production Department, Parag Dairy Plant.

The primary focus on the usage of crude glycerol  as a raw material as a substrate and develop an effective bioprocessing system that can transform CG into value added products such as hydrogen, ether, propanediols, lipids, methane, and biopolymers (PHA & PHB).

Epigenetic alterations include methylation, acetylation, phosphorylation, and ubiquitylation of DNA and histone proteins (nucleosomes), as well as chromatin remodeling.
