Marita Canina is an associate professor at the Department of Design, Politecnico di Milano, where she also serves as scientific director of IDEActivity Center. Her research blends research in design, creativity studies and a people&planet center approach to develop methods that empower the creative design process, experimenting with innovative approaches based on Design and Future Thinking. Since 2015, he has explored the impact of the digital transition on creativity, coordinating research funded by the European Community, including the Horizon Europe project MUSAE: a human-centered factory for a future technological sustainable development driven by arts (2022-2025). This project aims to integrate Design Future Art methods into (E)DIHs to strategically drive digital technological innovation, addressing future challenges in the food sector to improve the well-being of people and the planet.Â
