Life Coaching

What is life coaching? Life coaching isn't about treating the symptoms of pain or shortcomings. It is about finding the root cause of each symptom, understanding it, and then helping clients change it to make room for new seeds of success and fulfillment. This is where the Model comes in. The root cause of any problem is always our thinking.

The five components of the Model are:

  • Circumstances - Circumstances are things outside of our control: people, our past, the weather, etc.

  • Thoughts - We give meaning to our circumstances through our thoughts.

  • Feelings - Feelings are the emotions or vibrations we experience in our bodies. They are created by our thoughts.

  • Actions - Actions refer to behavior, reaction, or inaction, and they're directly related to our feelings.

  • Results - Results are the effects of our actions.

什麼是生活教練生活教練和心理治療不同。心理治療處理心理問題,減輕主觀痛苦經驗,醫治精神疾病及促進心理健康。生活教練則是要找到每種症狀的根本原因,加以理解,然後幫助客戶進行改變,為成功和成就的新種子騰出空間。這就是模型 (The Model)的效益,任何問題的根本原因是因為我們有某一個想法。
