How to Feel Better

We often think that our feelings are influenced by external factors. However, the opposite is true. All emotions, including happiness, are the product of our thoughts. By understanding the power of our mind, we can learn to examine and manage our inner thoughts, feelings, and actions to create the results we desire. Through this dynamic process, we can find the internal causes for all our emotions. Only after gaining this awareness can we begin to live our lives wholeheartedly.

  • 不論別人做什麼,感覺完全在於你自己。你對別人的看法會影響你對他們的感覺,這和你生命中發生的任何事情是同樣的。

  • 如果你不想要某種感覺,它是可以捨棄的,畢竟感覺是你自己製造出來的。或許你不認同,但是如果你是情緒的主人,你可以創造不同的情緒。

  • 如果你的腦子裡有很多負面的雜念,你就沒有辦法體驗快樂。

  • 當你能夠區分內在跟外在世界的不同,而且知道大腦會詮釋外在的世界,你就可以找到影響情緒的內在因素。

  • 當我們提前計劃,我們才會做出更理想的抉擇—要做什麼,創造什麼,以及做什麼決定。

  • 寫下你平日最強烈的三種情緒,然後探索是什麼想法製造這些情緒,試問自己:「一天中我最喜歡那三種感覺?如果可以選擇,我要哪三種感覺?」
