The Early Years

Radio drama began in the 1930's. Our fictional company, the Radio Suspense Theatre Ensemble, goes on the air in hopes that they can compete with such popular programs as Lights Out and The Shadow. As the young company evolves, they are able to attract the likes of  famous radio star, Winston Sayles, as a guest star. His own radio play, Invasion of the Aliens, was taken for a real event, causing panic throughout America.
