Leading

I am a leader in my television class at Padua Academy. I believe that you should lead by example. I don't have a specific group of students so I tend to bounce around and help whoever I can, whenever I can. I base my leadership behaviors off of leaders that I have had in the past because I know what did and did not work with them. I am close with my students, we talk often outside of class and they always feel comfortable coming to me for help. I like to set the mood of the classroom, which usually tends to be fun and productive. My biggest goal as a leader is to help my students succeed in whatever they do.
