He is currently working toward the Pd. D. degree in Department of Electronics Engineering, Kangwon National University, Chuncheon, Korea.
His research interests include CMOS mmWave/RF/analog integrated circuits and RF system design for wireless communications. He focuses on studying a FEM-less transceiver and channel-selection LNA for future FDD systems and dual-band (28/39GHz) RF down-conversion mixer for 5G FR2 (mmWave) chipset. He also focuses on RF/analog SIC for in-band full duplex systems.
