Presentation Guidelines

Paper Presentation Guidelines: 

• Presentations are for 20 minutes + 10 minutes Q and A.

• Presenters can use their own laptops (with HDMI  hookup) - preferred, OR can upload their presentations with a USB.
  
  

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

• Our poster boards can comfortably accommodate posters that are 91 cm x 122 cm (approximately 36 x 48 inches, or 3 ft x 4 ft).

• If need be, larger posters can be accommodated with more than one poster board.
