本使用條款適用於由 Chris Wong 提供的戒煙易流動應用程式。使用本 App 即表示使用者同意遵守以下條款。
如不同意本使用條款，請停止使用本 App。
戒煙易是一個以戒煙記錄、自我管理及一般鼓勵為目的的工具。
本 App 提供的主要功能可能包括：
戒煙時間記錄
連續戒煙進度
煙癮紀錄
煙癮觸發原因紀錄
吸煙紀錄
每日 Check-in
預計節省金額
預計減少吸煙數量
戒煙成就及里程碑
一般戒煙鼓勵內容
戒煙易的目的為協助使用者記錄及了解自己的戒煙進度。
本 App 不鼓勵、推廣或促進任何煙草或尼古丁產品的使用。
戒煙易並非醫療服務或醫療器材。
本 App：
不提供醫療診斷
不提供疾病診斷
不提供醫療治療
不提供藥物處方
不提供緊急醫療服務
不取代醫生或其他合資格醫療專業人員的專業意見
App 內提供的戒煙資訊、統計、成就及鼓勵內容只供一般資訊、自我記錄及自我管理用途。
如使用者對戒煙、尼古丁依賴、身體狀況或其他健康問題有疑問，應向合資格醫療專業人員尋求意見。
如出現緊急健康情況，不應依賴本 App 作出醫療判斷或延誤尋求適當的醫療協助。
每個人的戒煙情況均有所不同。
使用戒煙易並不保證：
成功戒煙
在特定時間內戒煙
減少煙癮
改善任何特定健康狀況
達到任何特定醫療或健康結果
本 App 的作用是提供記錄及一般支持工具，而不是保證特定結果。
戒煙易可能根據使用者自行輸入的資料計算：
預計節省金額
預計減少吸煙數量
戒煙時間
無煙日數
連續戒煙時間
其他戒煙進度資料
這些數據只屬估算及參考用途。
實際結果可能因使用者輸入的資料、個人吸煙習慣及其他因素而有所不同。
使用者不應將上述估算數據視為醫療、財務或其他專業建議。
使用者自行負責其在 App 內輸入的資料，包括但不限於：
戒煙開始日期
每日平均吸煙量
香煙價格
煙癮紀錄
吸煙紀錄
戒煙原因
個人備註
如輸入資料不準確，App 所顯示的統計及估算結果亦可能不準確。
目前版本的戒煙易採用本地儲存方式。
使用者的戒煙紀錄主要儲存在使用者自己的裝置內。
目前版本：
不需要建立帳戶
不需要登入
不提供雲端同步
不設開發者遠端資料庫
使用者明白，裝置遺失、損壞、系統故障、清除 App 資料或刪除 App，可能導致本地資料永久遺失。
由於開發者並不持有相關本地戒煙紀錄，因此可能無法協助恢復已遺失或已刪除的資料。

使用者可以透過 App 內：
設定 → 清除所有資料
刪除戒煙易所儲存的本地 App 資料。
使用者在確認清除前，應自行確定是否希望永久刪除相關資料。
資料一經清除，可能無法恢復。
戒煙易提供的鼓勵文字、成就、徽章及里程碑，目的只在於支持使用者持續記錄自己的戒煙旅程。
這些內容：
不構成醫療建議
不代表任何醫療結果
不代表使用者已達到特定健康狀態
不應取代專業戒煙或醫療支援
如果使用者在戒煙過程中再次吸煙，本 App 可能保留過往紀錄及已完成的成就。
此設計主要用於鼓勵使用者繼續戒煙，而不代表再次吸煙沒有健康風險。
戒煙易不推廣煙草或尼古丁產品。
如未成年使用者需要戒煙、尼古丁依賴或其他健康方面的協助，建議向家長、監護人或合資格醫療專業人員尋求適當支援。
使用者同意不會：
利用本 App 從事違法活動
嘗試破壞或干擾 App 的正常運作
未經授權複製、修改或重新發佈 App
嘗試以不當方式存取 App 的程式或受保護內容
將 App 用於侵犯他人權利的用途
除另有說明外，戒煙易的原創：
App 名稱及品牌元素
使用者介面
圖像
原創文字
鼓勵內容
成就設計
軟件及相關內容
均由其合法權利持有人擁有或獲合法授權使用，並可能受到適用的知識產權法律保障。
未經許可，不得複製、出售、重新發佈或以其他未獲授權的方式使用。
我們會盡合理努力維持戒煙易正常運作，但不保證 App：
永遠不會發生錯誤
永遠不會中斷
與所有裝置或作業系統版本永久兼容
所有功能永久保持不變
開發者可能因：
功能改善
安全需要
技術需要
法律或平台要求
App 維護
而修改、增加、移除或停止部分功能。
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，戒煙易及其開發者不對因使用或無法使用本 App 而產生的間接、附帶或衍生損失承擔超出法律要求的責任。
這包括但不限於：
本地資料遺失
裝置故障
統計或估算數據不準確
因依賴 App 內一般資訊而產生的損失
本條款不排除或限制任何依法不得排除或限制的權利或責任。
如使用者透過 Apple App Store 或其他獲授權平台下載戒煙易，使用者亦可能受相關平台的適用條款及使用規則約束。
透過 Apple App Store 取得本 App 時，使用亦受適用的 Apple Media Services 條款及 Apple 的相關終端使用者授權條款約束。
如本使用條款與依法必須適用的平台條款發生衝突，將按照相關適用規定處理。
戒煙易重視使用者私隱。

本條款任何內容均不影響使用者根據適用法律享有且不能被合法排除的消費者或其他法定權利。

These Terms & Conditions apply to the QuitEase mobile application provided by Chris Wong. By using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue your use of the app.
QuitEase is designed as a smoking cessation tracking, self-management, and general motivational tool.
Features may include:
Quit-duration tracking
Current smoke-free streaks
Craving records
Craving trigger records
Smoking records
Daily check-ins
Estimated money saved
Estimated cigarettes avoided
Achievements and milestones
General motivational content
QuitEase is intended to help users record and better understand their smoking cessation progress.
The app does not encourage, promote, or facilitate the use of tobacco or nicotine products.
QuitEase is not a medical service or medical device.
The app:
Does not provide medical diagnoses
Does not diagnose diseases
Does not provide medical treatment
Does not prescribe medication
Does not provide emergency medical services
Is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional
Smoking cessation information, statistics, achievements, and motivational content provided through the app are intended only for general informational, personal tracking, and self-management purposes.
Users with questions about quitting smoking, nicotine dependence, their physical health, or other health concerns should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
QuitEase should not be relied upon to make medical decisions or to delay appropriate medical assistance in an emergency.
Smoking cessation experiences vary between individuals.
Use of QuitEase does not guarantee:
Successful smoking cessation
Quitting within a particular period
Reduced cravings
Improvement of any particular health condition
Any specific medical or health outcome
QuitEase is intended to provide tracking and general support tools rather than guarantee any particular result.
QuitEase may calculate information based on data entered by the user, including:
Estimated money saved
Estimated cigarettes avoided
Quit duration
Smoke-free days
Current smoke-free streak
Other progress information
These figures are estimates provided for general reference only.
Actual results may differ depending on the accuracy of information entered by the user, individual smoking habits, and other factors.
These estimates should not be considered medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Users are responsible for information they enter into the app, including:
Quit start date
Previous average daily cigarette consumption
Cigarette prices
Craving records
Smoking records
Reasons for quitting
Personal notes
Incorrect information may result in inaccurate statistics or estimates being displayed by the app.
The current version of QuitEase uses local data storage.
Smoking cessation records are primarily stored on the user's own device.
The current version:
Does not require an account
Does not require users to sign in
Does not provide cloud synchronization
Does not use a developer-operated remote database for quit records
Users acknowledge that loss or damage to the device, system failure, clearing app data, or deleting the app may result in permanent loss of locally stored information.
Because the developer does not possess these local smoking cessation records, the developer may be unable to restore information that has been lost or deleted.
Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information about data handling.
Users can delete locally stored QuitEase information through:
Settings → Clear All Data
Before confirming deletion, users should ensure that they intend to permanently remove the relevant information.
Once cleared, the information may not be recoverable.
Motivational messages, achievements, badges, and milestones provided by QuitEase are intended to support users in continuing their smoking cessation journey.
These features:
Do not constitute medical advice
Do not represent medical outcomes
Do not indicate that a user has reached a particular health status
Should not replace professional smoking cessation or healthcare support
If a user smokes again during their quit journey, QuitEase may retain previous records and achievements.
This design is intended to encourage continued smoking cessation efforts and does not imply that smoking is without health risk.
QuitEase does not promote tobacco or nicotine products.
If a minor requires assistance with quitting smoking, nicotine dependence, or another health concern, appropriate support from a parent, guardian, or qualified healthcare professional is recommended.
Users agree not to:
Use the app for unlawful purposes
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the app
Copy, modify, or redistribute the app without authorization
Attempt to improperly access protected software or content
Use the app in a manner that infringes the rights of others
Unless otherwise stated, original elements of QuitEase, including its:
App name and branding elements
User interface
Graphics
Original text
Motivational content
Achievement designs
Software and related content
are owned by or lawfully licensed to their respective rights holders and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
They may not be copied, sold, redistributed, or otherwise used without authorization.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep QuitEase functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the app:
Will always be free from errors
Will always be uninterrupted
Will remain compatible with every device or operating system version
Will permanently retain every feature
The developer may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features for reasons including:
Feature improvements
Security requirements
Technical requirements
Legal or platform requirements
App maintenance
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuitEase and its developer will not be liable beyond what is required by law for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
This may include:
Loss of locally stored information
Device-related failures
Inaccurate statistics or estimates
Losses arising from reliance on general information provided by the app
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If QuitEase is downloaded through the Apple App Store or another authorized distribution platform, use of the app may also be subject to the applicable terms and usage rules of that platform.
For apps obtained through the Apple App Store, use is also subject to applicable Apple Media Services terms and Apple's applicable end-user licensing terms.
Where mandatory platform terms conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the applicable mandatory requirements will govern.
QuitEase respects user privacy.

The current version primarily uses local storage and does not require users to create an account or sign in.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated due to:
Changes to app features
Technical changes
Legal requirements
Updates to App Store or other platform policies
If these terms are changed, the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
The latest version will be available within QuitEase or on the official QuitEase website.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable laws and regulations relating to the user and developer.
Nothing in these terms affects any consumer or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
