「戒煙易（QuitEase）」尊重及重視使用者的私隱。本私隱政策說明本 App 如何處理使用者在使用戒煙記錄及相關功能時所產生的資料。
戒煙易採用**本地儲存（Local Only）**方式運作。
本 App：
不要求建立使用者帳戶
不需要註冊
不需要登入
不要求提供姓名
不要求提供電話號碼
不要求提供電子郵件地址
不要求提供其他身份識別資料
使用者在戒煙易內輸入或產生的戒煙相關資料，由本 App 直接儲存在使用者自己的裝置內。
戒煙易本身不會將這些資料傳送至開發者的伺服器、雲端資料庫或第三方服務。
為提供戒煙記錄、進度統計及成就功能，戒煙易可能在使用者裝置內儲存以下資料：
戒煙開始日期及時間
過往每日平均吸煙數量
每包香煙的支數
每包香煙的價格
戒煙原因
使用者自行輸入的戒煙目標或備註
煙癮紀錄
煙癮強度
煙癮觸發原因
吸煙紀錄
每日戒煙 Check-in
戒煙旅程及連續戒煙進度
預計節省金額
預計減少吸煙數量
成就及解鎖紀錄
已顯示的鼓勵內容紀錄
App 語言及其他設定
以上資料只會用於提供戒煙易本身的功能。
目前版本的戒煙易不會將使用者輸入或產生的戒煙資料傳送予開發者 Chris Wong。

Firebase 資料庫
開發者遠端資料庫
第三方廣告
第三方使用者追蹤
使用者行為分析服務
因此，開發者無法從遠端查看使用者在 App 內的個人戒煙紀錄。
裝置作業系統本身提供的裝置備份功能並非由戒煙易控制。
目前版本的戒煙易不要求任何敏感裝置權限。
本 App目前不會要求存取：

相機
相片圖庫
麥克風
Bluetooth
聯絡人
HealthKit
動作與健身資料
裝置追蹤權限
其他敏感裝置權限
如未來版本因新增功能而需要使用任何裝置權限，本 App 將在使用相關功能前提供適當說明，並按照裝置作業系統要求向使用者取得授權。
戒煙易目前不包含第三方廣告。
本 App 不會使用使用者資料進行：

戒煙易不會出售、出租或向第三方分享使用者在 App 內建立的戒煙紀錄。
由於這些資料並不會傳送至開發者控制的伺服器，因此開發者亦不持有使用者的戒煙紀錄。
戒煙相關資料會儲存在使用者的裝置內，直至使用者自行清除資料或移除 App。
使用者可以在戒煙易內透過：
設定 → 清除所有資料
刪除本 App 儲存在裝置內的資料。
執行清除前，App 會要求使用者再次確認。
資料一經清除，本 App將無法恢復相關資料。
刪除戒煙易亦可能同時移除儲存在裝置內的 App 資料。
由於戒煙易不會將上述資料上傳至開發者的伺服器，因此開發者亦無法從遠端恢復已刪除的資料。
戒煙易可能在使用者裝置內處理與戒煙習慣有關的資料，包括：

使用者自行輸入的戒煙原因

戒煙易內的鼓勵文字直接內置於 App。
這些內容主要用於提供一般戒煙支持及自我鼓勵。
App 可以根據使用者自行選擇的戒煙原因，在裝置本地顯示較相關的鼓勵內容。
此配對過程在裝置本地完成，不會將使用者的戒煙原因傳送至開發者或第三方。
戒煙易是一個個人戒煙記錄及自我管理工具。

不提供醫療診斷
不提供醫療治療
不提供藥物處方
不提供緊急醫療服務
不取代醫生或其他合資格醫療專業人員的意見
App 內顯示的節省金額、減少吸煙數量及其他相關統計，主要根據使用者自行輸入的資料作估算，實際情況可能有所不同。
如使用者對戒煙、尼古丁依賴、身體狀況或其他健康問題有疑問，應尋求合資格醫療專業人員的意見。
如出現緊急健康情況，不應依賴本 App 作出醫療判斷或延誤尋求適當的醫療協助。
戒煙易不要求使用者提供：
姓名
出生日期
電話號碼
電子郵件地址
其他身份識別資料
戒煙易不會有意收集未成年人的個人資料。
如未成年人士需要戒煙或健康方面的協助，建議向家長、監護人或合資格醫療專業人員尋求適當支援。

QuitEase respects and values the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information created when users use its smoking cessation tracking and related features.
QuitEase operates using a local-only storage model.

Previous average number of cigarettes smoked per day
Number of cigarettes per pack
Price per pack
Reasons for quitting
Personal quit goals or notes entered by the user
Craving records
Craving intensity
Craving triggers
Smoking records
Daily quit check-ins
Overall quit journey and current smoke-free streak
Estimated money saved
Estimated cigarettes avoided
Achievements and unlock records
Records of previously displayed motivational messages
App language and other settings
This information is used only to provide functionality within QuitEase.
The current version of QuitEase does not transmit smoking cessation information entered or generated by users to developer Chris Wong.
The current version does not include:
User accounts
Login functionality
Cloud synchronization
Firebase database storage
Developer-operated remote data storage
Third-party advertising
Third-party user tracking
User behavior analytics services
As a result, the developer cannot remotely view users' personal smoking cessation records.
Device backup services provided by the operating system itself are outside the control of QuitEase.
The current version of QuitEase does not request sensitive device permissions.
The app currently does not request access to:
GPS or location data
Camera
Photo library
Microphone
Bluetooth
Contacts
HealthKit
Motion and fitness data
App tracking permission
Other sensitive device permissions
If a future version introduces a feature that requires a device permission, QuitEase will provide an appropriate explanation and request permission through the operating system before the relevant feature is used.
QuitEase currently does not contain third-party advertising.
The app does not use user information for:
Cross-app tracking
Cross-website tracking
Personalized advertising
Advertising analytics
Advertising profiling
QuitEase does not sell, rent, or share smoking cessation records created within the app with third parties.
Because this information is not transmitted to developer-controlled servers, the developer does not possess users' smoking cessation records.
Smoking cessation information remains stored on the user's device until the user chooses to clear the data or removes the app.
Users can delete locally stored QuitEase data through:
Settings → Clear All Data
The app will request confirmation before the deletion is completed.
Once cleared, the information cannot be restored through QuitEase.
Deleting the app may also remove locally stored app data from the device.
Because QuitEase does not upload this information to developer-controlled servers, the developer cannot remotely recover deleted information.
QuitEase may process information relating to smoking cessation habits locally on the user's device, including:
Craving records
Smoking records
Quit progress
Reasons for quitting entered by the user
This information is used only to provide:
Personal quit tracking
Progress statistics
Achievements
Craving trigger insights
General motivational content
This information is not transmitted by QuitEase to the developer or third-party services.
Motivational messages used by QuitEase are included directly within the app.
They are intended to provide general smoking cessation support and personal encouragement.
QuitEase may use the user's selected reason for quitting to display more relevant motivational messages.
This matching process takes place locally on the device. The user's reason for quitting is not transmitted to the developer or third parties.
QuitEase is a personal smoking cessation tracking and self-management tool.

Quit duration
Quit progress
Estimated money saved
Estimated cigarettes avoided
Craving records
Achievements
Statistics
Motivational messages
is intended for general informational, personal tracking, and self-management purposes only.
QuitEase:
Does not provide medical diagnoses
Does not provide medical treatment
Does not prescribe medication
Does not provide emergency medical services
Is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional
Estimated savings, cigarettes avoided, and related statistics are primarily calculated from information entered by the user and may differ from actual results.
Users who have questions about quitting smoking, nicotine dependence, their physical health, or other health concerns should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
QuitEase should not be relied upon to make medical decisions or to delay appropriate medical assistance in an emergency.
QuitEase does not require users to provide:
Their name
Date of birth
Phone number
Email address
Other identifying information
QuitEase does not intentionally collect personal information from minors.
If a minor requires help with quitting smoking or another health concern, appropriate support from a parent, guardian, or qualified healthcare professional is recommended.
If future versions of QuitEase introduce features that may change how information is handled, including:
User accounts
Cloud synchronization
Bluetooth devices
Carbon monoxide monitoring devices
AI features
Third-party analytics
Advertising

Other features that collect or transmit information
