How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Quest account and all associated data in two ways:

Option 1: From Within the App (Recommended)

1. Open the Quest app.

2. Go to Settings (tap your profile icon).

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

4. Confirm your identity by entering your password or signing in with Google.

5. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Via Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Please include:

• The email address associated with your Quest account.

• A brief request to delete your account.

We will process your request and delete your account within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your user profile and display name

• Your game library and all game data

• All gaming sessions and session history

• Your stats and Year in Review data

• Friend connections and friend requests

• Scheduled sessions you created or were invited to

• Your reserved username

What Is NOT Deleted

• Subscriptions: If you have an active Quest Pro subscription, it will not be automatically cancelled. You must cancel your subscription separately through the Google Play Store to avoid future charges.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

• Once deleted, your username will become available for others to claim.

• If you wish to use Quest again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
