Heterogeneous impacts of the centralized admission system on school segregation in Chile

Abstract
This research analyzes how the implementation of the centralized admission system in Chile (the "SAE") affects school segregation. We use register data from the Agency for Quality Education covering seven cohorts of students (2010-2023) and interrupted time series models.
