ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
iDARE Financial Administration
Administration of iDARE budget, including reconciliation of iDARE expenses and reimbursements
Grants (sourcing and applications)
Autonomy on Fundraising
Autonomy on sourcing community donations
The Financial Subcommittee members will:
Liaise with Cultural Events Subcommittee on initiatives proposed for funding
Liaise with school Administrators and/or the Office Accounts Administrator, and the iDARE and QH Parent Council Chairs on the approved budget
Liaise with school Administrators on fundraising or donations
