We want to flood the area with information for individuals, schools, and businesses. The People First and People Over Papers groups are the resources we use as they were first to respond to our plea for help; their resources are clear, and they fit the needs of our community in the far east area of the Phoenix Valley.
Click here if you'd like to print some packets to distribute (instructions included).
Once you've placed a packet, please fill out the form linked to your area (button on this page). Be specific. Don't write the names of individuals; just say you distributed X number of packets, for example, "a neighborhood on the NE corner of Gantzel and Combs". We want the names of specific businesses, but don't want the names of workers. You can add notes for our data folks. We are not publicly sharing this information. This data helps us to know where to direct people for packet distribution.
I've done a bunch of businesses, and it was much easier than I thought. I was greeted with smiles, and when leaving, I noticed that people were looking at the papers! Here is a link to the Indivisible Toolkit with piles of information if you want to go down a rabbit hole! Ours (linked above in large print) is easier.
Indivisible National Signs of Solidarity (we don't use these posters (the only reason is the amount of ink required), but there is tons of great info here)

ICE is now active in Queen Creek and San Tan Valley.
ICE has been active in multiple locations throughout Queen Creek and San Tan Valley. We have begun Community Patrols. Not to interfere with law enforcement activity, but to protect the safety of our communities and our constitutional rights. Sometimes our presence is enough to stop them from abducting a person. Other times, they take someone but we are able to gather enough information to notify the family of the person(s) abducted.
Contact us if you would like to help with any of the following:
Community Patrol (does not require you to get out of your car, and we will train you)
Placement of packets at businesses (Signs of Solidarity), easy peasy!
Rapid Response team. This requires that you stay in your car (stopped in a safe place) or on a sidewalk to record the event. We will train you. This is a bit more challenging, but you'll make a difference for many people!

ICE Activity: They have been active on Bella Vista and near the PCSO office, stopping landscaping crews and picking up people in multiple locations. Their current focus seems to be San Tan Valley but have been seen staging in Queen Creek at the Queen Creek Marketplace. We are working on printing packets to give to families and businesses. Please stay aware, watch the 3-minute video from L.A. Taco below, and let us know if you'd like to help out with a rapid response team in the QC/STV area. We are counting on many eyes and documentation that will stand up in court in the future! We should have our cards and pamphlets in about a week so come to our events and grab a pile. If you see any activity, please call or text 888-354-4594. Provide specific information (Date, time, specific location, details about vehicles, license plates, makes/models for each vehicle). If you can, get the name and age of the person being detained but do NOT interfere with law enforcement, do NOT break the law, if you are asked to back up, please follow the directions of the agent!!!!
We are partnering and training with the People First Project.
