Vocabulary is a very important aspect to consider when teaching children. Vocabulary lets you communicate your idea to one another and can be the basis of preventing misunderstanding between one another.
Below, we have included all the Google Slides that we put all of our vocabulary words on. Each slideshow has about 5 words. There are occasionally a few slides that have riddles that may include names of animals and more. Some of our slideshows are even themed with our "theme-of-the-week".
To review, we strongly recommend using pictionary on piece of paper or even an online whiteboard such as Google Jamboard so that it is easy for the children to put picture-to-word. You can also quiz students by asking them to put definition-to-word. It is all up to you and what type of learners your students or children are.
