Terms of service

Customers 16 and under must have parent permission for anything other than single part commissions. Anyone under the age of 13 must have parent permission for any commission, and I must have a way to contact a parent/guardian to confirm.

I will not modify or make suit parts for NSFW purposes. You may do whatever you'd like with a suit once it's in your possession, however I do request that if you'd like parts made specifically for NSFW/murrsuiting purposes you go through another maker. Tagging me in NSFW posts, sending uncensored NSFW images, or requesting things like sheaths or crotch zippers will result in you being blacklisted from future commissions. I have nothing against murrsuiters and support people in using their fursuits for self expression in a variety of ways, however I am underage and do not want to see that type of content.

Payment plans are accepted with a 25% down payment to reserve your slot. This payment is refundable as long as I have not began work on your suit. No suits will be shipped out until they've been fully paid off. At least 50% of the total cost must be paid for an item before I begin work, to cover material costs. No exceptions will be made to any of these rules.

I will work with items from other makers (bases, eyes, jawsets, etc), as long as you are able to cover the cost of the items and ship them to me. I will reduce the price of a head commission if you provide the base (amount varies, contact me first), but for any other items the commission price will stay the same.

I primarily take payment through PayPal, however I will also accept payments through venmo, private etsy listings, or cash payments from local buyers. Other payment options may be available upon request, however there may be additional fees. Contact me first to check if a payment method is available.

All costumes come with a 1 year "warranty" . If you have any issues with your costume in the first year, it can be repaired free of charge. you will need to cover shipping costs, but beyond that there will be no additional cost to you. Repairs after the first year will have a small fee to cover material costs, but I'll do my best to keep it as affordable as possible. Please contact me if you have any problems or questions, within 1 year or not, and I will do everything I can to help you.

If a refund is requested by the buyer, and any part of the costume has been started, the refund will be 50% of the total cost. If I choose to cancel a commission for any reason, you will be fully refunded no matter how much of the costume has been made. If buyer cancels a commission and recieves a refund, the costume then belongs to me, and I will most likely sell it as a premade. By requesting a refund, you are accepting this and understand that the costume will no longer belong to you. Partial refunds sent along with an unfinished suit may be available upon request, just ask.

Just because something isn't in my examples or on my price list doesn't mean I won't make it, feel free to ask! I'm always open to trying new things.

Issuing a chargeback on PayPal or etsy without speaking to me first will result in an immediate blacklist. Absolutely no exceptions. This has happened to me before and I've disputed and won, you will not get your money back by doing this.

I will not, under any circumstances, work with anyone who holds racist, homophobic, antisemetic, or otherwise bigoted views. I trust that most people are good and I won't be doing full background checks on customers or anything like that, but if I see hateful content on your profile I will not work with you. I reserve the right to refuse service or a terminate a commission to anyone.
