Presentation instructions

Talks will be 12 minutes long with 3 minutes for questions.

Please prepare your talk in Powerpoint or an equivalent format.

Presenters are encouraged to limit oral presentations to a maximum of approximately 15 slides and to carefully consider colour contrasts (such as dark text on light backgrounds) – both of which may help to aid those with learning disabilities e.g. dyslexia.  

Please bring your presentation on a memory stick and upload it to the computer in Huxley 300, ideally at the start of the day (09:00), but certainly prior to the start of the session that you are presenting in.

Please note it may not be possible to allocate an oral presentation to everyone who has requested one.

Posters should be prepared at A0 size in landscape.
