Click on the red button and you'll be redirected to a sign up sheet. You will be asked to let us know if any of your dependants, housemates or friends are entering, so we can recuse you from providing providing feedback. Also indicate any scheduling conflicts.
As one of our experienced members of the A&S or bardic/performance community, you will meet with the entrant to discuss the project at a scheduled time. Use open ended questions (ones that do not give a simple yes/no answer) to encourage the entrant to talk. Ask questions about their methodology, what went well, what can be improved and to possibly provide advice on how to improve or solve a particular challenge. Remember to maintain and enhance their self esteem so they come back again! We will review all of these at the discussion panelist meeting before we start at 930.
QPT always needs sponsors, so also don't forget to sponsor someone if you are eligible. It's way more fun when you get to make a prize for an entrant or two. You can sponsor as many as you want, but if you can share with other folks, that would be helpful.
Why a deadline? To give the Wranglers time to organize the schedule and match the discussion panelists to the entrants.
