Through this course, I've developed a nuanced understanding of Instructional Technology and Design, blending historical insights with contemporary applications. I've explored the evolution of the field, engaged with digital education leadership, and delved into instructional design challenges. Creating a digital portfolio and analyzing job market trends have equipped me with practical skills and a forward-looking perspective. My engagement with academic research, both qualitative and quantitative, has prepared me for future inquiries. In this 15-minute tutorial, I discuss how to use Excel to provide educational training. As my first foray into online instructional videos, I recognize there is room for improvement. However, the primary goal is to improve the efficiency of teaching methodologies by employing strategic evaluation, calculation, and summarization techniques in Excel. This guide is intended to be a valuable resource for educators seeking to improve their pedagogical approach.
In this team-work project, we cpllebrated close to design a document outlining to train prospective employees and current employees for Nevada State Parks. We avatars that this document will be used by the department administrators.Our plan leverages employee connections by providing networking and cross-training opportunities throughout the season. Most of the budget costs are related to the writing and development of online training using the state’s existing LMS. We looked for and found enhancement opportunities to current practices Nevada State Parks already has in place. Our assessment components for each goal have a straightforward approach using primarily surveys.
