Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), is defined as a form of hypnosis therapy. Dolores Cannon curated this particular technique from the foundations of traditional hypnosis. She discovered through this process she could access the higher self (or the over-soul, soul, or subconscious) which had all the answers the client needed.
She learned the effectiveness of the information she was able to access through the higher self extended far beyond helping them to simply quit smoking, loose weight, etc. - the higher self could explain exactly what they were meant to learn through those struggles, why they chose them, what their life purpose is, how past life experiences might be influencing their current life, and essentially, the why behind ANYTHING that was asked.
She went on to learn that the 3D is simply reflecting one's internal state, so all struggles could be explained and "healed" with the aid of the higher self.
It seems all ailments in life, whether physical body issues, relationship problems, or any other struggle, could be explained as the outer world simply reflecting the person's inner state. The inner state is composed of the person's belief systems about themselves and others, and may have origins in other times and lives. Holding onto false beliefs can manifest messengers who seek to be heard and reveal the "truth" - areas where the person is believing something that is not aligned with their true self.
For example, extra weight on the body might be a messenger indicating the person needs to "put their fists down," they are safe, and it is time to cease fighting against anything or anyone. While this strength may have been forged and needed in past lives, the present life calls for radical acceptance and love of self, and all as it is. By understanding and accepting these truths, individuals can heal their thinking and beliefs. Once this inner healing occurs, the outer world can reflect this new understanding, and issues can naturally dissipate.
Although this work was pioneered by Dolores over 50+ years ago, it is just beginning to reach the awareness of the masses, and is still a largely unknown modality. What Is QHHT?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a method of accessing the higher self in order to address the client's list of questions. It is one of many methods by which one can go inside to find their own answers.
How does a QHHT session work?
QHHT sessions are broken down into two parts:
First we start with "The Interview" where I get your full backstory and review the list of questions you have brought. This helps me to understand the major themes, cast of characters, etc., so that I am armed with the information needed for an effective conversation with your Higher Self. This also allows me to follow whichever direction your Higher Self wishes to take the session and do my very best to address all of your needs.
Second, we shift to the actual QHHT "hypnosis" portion, where we connect with your Higher Self and you receive visuals and information which will answer your questions.
Is QHHT like traditional hypnosis?
No. It is not like traditional hypnosis, where a practitioner feeds positive suggestions to the client's open subconscious mind for the intention of changing certain behaviors or issues. Instead, we access the higher self and have the higher self explain all the why's and how's. The client is verbal the whole time, verbalizing the information from the higher self, and the practitioner's role is to guide the discussion with the higher self, for the purpose of addressing the client's list of questions. So while it is not traditional hypnosis, it does have similar benefits, plus much more.
I'm worried I could be "under the power" of something negative if I go under hypnosis. Is that possible?
It's a common concern that hypnosis means relinquishing conscious control of your mind to another person, who might exploit this vulnerability. While I can't comment on this concern In terms of traditional hypnosis (although I have only had positive experiences with traditional hypnosis), with the QHHT approach clients are not put "under" a power outside of themselves, instead, we ascend (metaphorically) to connect with the higher self. Throughout the process, clients maintain full control of their mental state, and are often conscious during the experience.
We simply access the higher mind with the QHHT technique, and the higher mind (subconscious, soul, etc.) has all the records of the client's past lives and experiences. This access can illuminate the origins of erroneous beliefs that have manifested as life challenges. By understanding these root causes, clients can gain valuable insights and empower themselves to overcome obstacles.
Will I see a past life, or two?
Maybe, maybe not. You will see whatever your Higher Self wants to show you. And what they show you will hold the answers to the issues that are plaguing you the most (often times it's something you considered to be lower priority!). It could be:
A past life from which you're holding onto something that's affecting your present life.
A childhood scene that's the root of a limiting belief.
A metaphorical story with a message for you (like my experience as Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, realizing there is no external source for answers).
The key is to remain open and non-judgmental. Your Higher Self will always deliver the healing message within your comfort zone, while respecting your beliefs.
Do I have to believe in past lives or "woo woo" stuff for this to work?
Certainly not. Your higher self knows exactly what your current belief system is and will work with you right where you're at to deliver your answers. Have no worries or concerns about how they will do their work – they are the authority here, and we are humble students come to glean as much understanding as we can, to help you in the very best way that we can.
Why does It work?
In my experience with this practice, truth and information heals. They heal our minds and beliefs, which are the true creation space from which our 3D experiences flow. By healing our inner beliefs, we can transform our 3D reality to reflect our new understanding. It's important to remember that our 3D world mirrors OUR BELIEFS, not necessarily the objective truth. When we hold false beliefs, our reality reflects them. By uncovering and correcting these beliefs, we can align our 3D experience with higher truth. Sometimes the new reflection is instant (instant change of the body now that the message is heard, for example, or instant relief brought by hearing from a loved one on the other side come to clarify the higher purpose of a difficult experience). Other times, the transformation takes time, such as attracting a new, more fulfilling relationship, or job opportunity. If there's something you'd like to change in your life, we can delve into the root belief causing it. Your higher self can reveal the origin of the incorrect belief, the underlying truth, and guide you towards a new understanding. Once this understanding is integrated, the 3D reality will shift accordingly. While I'm no scientist, I believe many recent scientific discoveries support these concepts. I'm simply sharing my personal experiences and observations through the course of many sessions.
How many sessions are recommended?
"One and done," as I like to say! Dolores Cannon preferred that clients have a single session to address all their questions, rather than using it as a crutch throughout life. She recommended that clients come to get their answers and then move forward with their new understanding. That said, sometimes it can be challenging to address everything in a single session, and on occasion a client has found a second session helpful. While there are no strict rules about how many sessions one can have, many people find that a single session is sufficient to address their most pressing concerns.
How long is a session?
It's an all-day experience. I know, that might sound overwhelming. But I suggest you clear your schedule and give yourself one full day for the experience. The length of a session is unique to each person, and an end time cannot be guaranteed. And believe me, once we connect with your higher self, you won’t want to shut down the conversation due to time constraints. We want to squeeze out all the information we possibly can while we’re there, so sometimes sessions can run long.
I give you my full day as well, so we have no concerns for time. Although each session length is unique, I often find that if we start by 10 AM, we may finish around 5 PM. However, occasionally sessions are shorter, and many are longer.
Can QHHT sessions be done virtually?
The original QHHT method, as taught by Dolores Cannon, prohibits virtual sessions due to concerns about technical difficulties potentially hindering the effectiveness of the work and potentially compromising the client's well-being during the session. While some practitioners offer virtual sessions, I believe the in-person element is crucial to the experience and therefore I do not currently offer a virtual option.
How do I prepare for a session?
Make your list of questions (keeping it to about a dozen). You can ask your Higher Self ANY question. For example:
Why did I choose my family of origin?
Why did I have THAT childhood experience?
Why do I have this health issue?
Why did I have that relationship?
Why am I plagued with this issue in life?
Why didn't that path work out?
How can I get to where I want to go in life?
Am I in the right relationship?
Your Higher Self can explain it all. No question is off the table. Once the light of truth is shined on any issue, it can then be resolved in the 3D.
The process of your Higher Self answering these questions can be lengthy, and it can take time to work through each one. So, I find we can usually tackle around a dozen questions in a session. More than that can be difficult to get through, so I suggest you prioritize your list of questions to ensure we cover the most important ones first. Then, if time allows, we can address the "just curious" questions.
Practice meditation:
Q: When you have the intention to sit and meditate, do you find it easy or difficult to quiet your intrusive thoughts?
A: I find it difficult.
Then you'll want to practice meditation. Both quiet meditation (sitting quietly for 5 minutes, for example) and guided meditations (available on YouTube and other platforms) can be helpful. Even a little practice can quickly improve your ability to quiet your mind. I highly suggest focusing on this before your session. Don't rush the process. You want to feel at ease with your ability to quiet your intrusive thoughts.

Up until your session, I highly, HIGHLY suggest you adopt this life motto and put it up everywhere around you: CHILL THE (BLEEP) OUT about _________ (insert anything and everything, but ESPECIALLY those people and situations currently frustrating you the most). Because guess what? If you could change it, you already would have. If it were within your control, you would have already controlled it.
We want you in the greatest state of allowance to allow the connection. Worrying about people or situations and being in a state of fight or frustration bottlenecks flow/connection, which is counterproductive to a great session. We want to be in a state of the highest allowance possible, and the quickest route to achieving that is by giving up the fight against anything and anyone. If it's going to take you out of flow, DROP IT. It's not for you today. You're welcome to pick up the fight again after your session (but spoiler alert, you won't want to!).
