PRICING OPTIONS: 

Retreat + Meals ONLY: $808

Retreat + Meals + Lodging: $1,408-$2999 

Non-refundable deposit: $400 

Payment plans are available, just EMAIL US AT: thecalltorise@gmail.com to set that up!  All pay links have 4% added for processing fees. To avoid these fees, pay via money transfer (Venmo, Zelle). Deadline for all payments due in full by August 31st.

OFF-SITE LODGING: 

Once on-site lodging is fully booked, or you simply wish to stay off-site, there are many, many lodging options on the Island, and the majority of those options will be located in "Town" or Honolulu/Waikiki, about 1-1.5 hours drive from the retreat site, which is located on the North Shore of Oahu, in Haleiwa. To find lodging closer to the retreat, check out sites such as these and search for stays closest to Haleiwa:  https://www.turtlebayresort.com/ VRBO, and Airbnb.  A friendly reminder here that a rental car Is highly recommended to get around If you are staying off site. 

ON-SITE LODGING: 

9 On-site spots are available, ranging from private master suites with ensuite bathrooms, to shared rooms with twin beds. These on-site spots fill up quickly, so it is recommended to act soon if you wish to stay on site. 

Lodging is priced to be less expensive than comparable stays on the Island, incudes 2 Retreat tickets ($1,616 value), and represents the total cost (no extra fees for cleaning, resort fees, parking, etc). 

Pricing is per room, and you are welcome to have as many guests as the room can sleep (some rooms sleep up to 4 guests).

Here are some Important details to consider when planning your travel: 

• Airport:  HNL.  You will need to fly Into the Honolulu airport (HNL) located on the Island of Oahu.  Due to the distance and length of travel, plan to arrive the DAY BEFORE the event (9/18/25), which will allow you to take full advantage of the retreat, should your flight be delayed. If not, and your flight is delayed, you will miss the first full day of the retreat. :(

• Address:  The retreat Is located on a beautiful ocean-front property on the North Shore of Oahu, in the city of Haleiwa, and the exact address will be given to registered guests. For reference, check out this map of the general location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/LdP3qTuQspqsuEEb7 

• Lodging:  The Island of Oahu boasts plentiful accommodations If you choose not to stay on site, but please note the retreat location Is nestled on the North Shore, a considerable drive from the "town" side of Oahu, something to take Into account If you plan to stay In "town" (Honolulu, Waikiki). You will want to give yourself MORE time than estimated for the drive, as our two-lane road around the Island can regularly encounter weather issues, high tourism traffic and misc delays. 

• Transportation: It Is highly recommended that you utilize a rental car for this experience, as Uber/Lyft can be undependable In this area, which Is located far from "town" (Honolulu/Waikiki) which has plentiful transportation.  Street parking Is available on site.

• Stay and enjoy the Island. Why not book-end your trip with extra time to explore the beautiful Island of Oahu, and beyond? There Is much to explore and enjoy In this beautiful land, and since you will be fully Immersed In the work of the retreat during the event, overlapping exploration during the retreat will not be possible. Stay longer to enjoy It!  :)
