Class length varies by workshop. Some sessions include additional time for review and practice. The schedule is shared before each class.
For the beginner level, all a student needs is a positive attitude, knowledge of English, and a device (preferably a computer).
Beginner workshops cover variables, data types, input/output, lists, dictionaries, conditionals, loops, and functions. Coding activities help students apply these concepts.
Classes combine live demonstrations with guided coding practice. Our original format included breakout groups of six to eight students supported by one instructor.
Lesson slides, practice activities, and homework are shared through Google Classroom. General curriculum and technology tutorials are available on our Student Resources page.
While the homework provided isn't required, it is highly recommended for students to complete all of the assignments in their Google Classroom feed. Normally, students will be provided with an in-class practice and homework each week.
Our workshops have included five to six sessions. Dates and schedules are shared for each workshop.

If your child misses class, they can check on the Google Classroom to find the slide lessons, assignments, and resources. After that, if help is still needed, we recommend contacting our email, python4kidsindia@gmail.com
Google Classroom
Google Drive
Google Colaboratory
None of these need to be downloaded. If your child's Google Colaboratory doesn't work, they will use Replit.
Assignments are submitted via Google Classroom. When a student clicks on a specific assignment, there will be a Google Colab file attached to it. After opening that file, they will complete the Python coding. To submit, they will click submit and the file will be sent to our teachers. If they have to use Replit, they can show their work to us during classes, send the link to us via email, or copy the code(and its results) into a Google Doc and share it with our email.
This is really up to you, but you can engage with your kid about the class as well as make sure they stay on task and do their homework. Additionally, you can ensure that your child is on time to class each week.
