【Introduction】
• The CA-6K is an advanced instrument designed for capacitor impulse voltage testing. This instrument can effectively test various capacitor for the withstand voltage performance to ensure the reliability and stabilityin a high voltage environment.
• The CA-6K is capable of providing up to 6,000V. The voltage is suitable for testing various capacitors, including medium and high voltage capacitors and special application capacitors.
【Features】
High-voltage impulse test: The CA-6K is able to apply instantaneous high-voltage impulse to simulate the pressure of capacitors under extreme working conditions. Comparing with the traditional instrument, the CA-6K can trigger and detect the lack of self-insulation caused by manufacturing defects, insulation material degradation and conduct non-destructive testing.
Capacitor life test: The CA-6K is able to perform up to 1 million times, long-term high-voltage life test to simulate the voltage of the capacitor in its actual service life. It can be used to evaluate the durability and reliability of capacitors and is suitable for product quality control and life prediction.
Waveform comparison and analysis: The CA-6K has a waveform display function, and developers can compare the ideal waveform with the measured waveform to gain a deeper understanding for the DUT and understand the characteristics of capacitors. During the high voltage test, the CA-6K can automatically identify and mark the abnormal waveform points of the capacitor, accurately finding the problem.
Multiple communication interfaces: The CA-6K supports multiple communication interfaces such as RS-232, TCP/IP, I/O, etc., which is convenient for communication with the host computer system, The connection of external devices such as foot switches which is suitable for R&D, production and QC.
