Testing System
The CTS-6000 Coil Test System
Optional: External frame chassis, integrated design.
The CTS-6000 Coil Testing System, an integrated solution combining the High-Voltage Matrix Controller (HMC-140) with three instruments: Low-Resistance Meter (GOM-804), AC Withstand Voltage Tester (GPT-15001), and Interlayer Short-Circuit Tester (ST-6K). This system is designed to conduct coil testing with efficiency, precision, and effectiveness.
Component Overview:
1. High-Voltage Matrix Controller (HMC-140): This controller interfaces with the other three instruments, executing the testing process by controlling and monitoring various test parameters.
2. Low-Resistance Meter (GOM-804): This instrument measures the low-resistance values of coils, ensuring their continuity and conductivity.
3. AC Withstand Voltage Tester (GPT-15001): This instrument tests the high-voltage insulation strength of coils, verifying their insulation performance under high voltage.
4. Surge Tester (ST-6K): This instrument detects interlayer short-circuit conditions within coils, aiding in troubleshooting potential faults.
The MTS-6000 Motor Test System
The MTS-6000 Motor Test System is a professional testing tool composed of three precision equipment, including the MS-310 Multiplexer Scannerbox, ST-6K Surge Tester, and MOM-550 Milli-Ohm Meter. These devices are carefully designed and manufactured to allow users to quickly and accurately test the performance and reliability of motors, further improving product quality and safety.
The MS-310 Multiplexer Scannerbox is the core component of the entire testing system. It can automatically perform three-phase switching and can execute surge waveform detection through the ST-6K Surge Tester. This detection method can precisely compare the three-phase coil waveform data of the motor, determine whether the coil is operating normally, and detect potential faults. At the same time, impedance detection can be carried out through the MOM-550 Milli-Ohm Meter to further determine the electrical characteristics and stability of the motor.
Using the MTS-6000 Motor Test System for testing is very convenient. Simply connect the high-voltage line to the three-phase test line of the motor and operate the MS-310 Multiplexer Scannerbox. The test results will be displayed on the screen as PASS/FAIL, allowing users to quickly draw conclusions and save a lot of time and cost.
