The AllFeeder uses a universal feedig principle that ensures feeding of a wide rang of parts. It with a vision system replaces several conventional custom-designd vibratory feeders. a. FPF-S4 has a variety of vibration modes: front, back, left, right, concentration, diffusion and reversal. And the of concentration mode are: Vertical, horizontal and full concentration.
b. FPF-22S is a dedicated diffusion machine, especially suitable for small quantities and various precision parts and exquisite indestructible materials.
Provide an easy to adjust program. The software program is able to control the vibration of the voice coil motor easily. Moreover, connect to the other device by RS232.
Able to combine with other front and back station on the production line quicly. Such as AOI and robot.
