Direct Donations

To make a direct donation to the PV PTA complete the form below!

Many families have expressed that they would prefer to give a one-time donation in support of Putnam Valley PTA. In response to this request, we are offering a Direct Donation option. This option gives families the opportunity to give DIRECTLY to us, with 100% of the money benefiting Putnam Valley PTA programs. Some of our Putnam Valley PTA sponsored school programs include: Arts-in-Education author visits, book fairs, grade level events, Holiday Reads event, PARP events, and school pictures, to name a few.

Please use this form and submit with payment to the PTA mailbox at either the elementary or middle school. Please address the envelope to PTA Treasurer, Direct Donation Fundraiser.

Donations of any amount will be gratefully appreciated. Corporate matching from your employer can DOUBLE your donation! Simply ask your employer. We are a non-profit 501-C3 organization and all donations are tax deductible! For your convenience we accept cash or check.
