In an effort to streamline our member and student contact information, we are asking all families to complete our annual directory each year in September.
The school wide directory will be shared each year and you will be asked to complete this information annually. In addition, this form is not the classroom contact list and you will hear from your class parents each year and your child's teachers in the elementary school about this.
Please note, this is NOT your annual membership form and payment. This is simply to update information. To become or remain a PTA member, you must complete the PV PTA Membership form and submit with payment or purchase online.
