3. Payment & Refunds

A deposit is required to begin any project.
Full payment terms are outlined in your creative agreement.
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Monthly service packages follow a contract agreement and can be canceled with notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide timely feedback and required assets.
Respect project timelines and communication boundaries.
Use deliverables within the agreed scope.

5. Revisions & Scope

Each package includes a set number of revisions.
Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees.
All changes must be requested in writing.
