This Client Portal Access Agreement outlines the terms and expectations for using the Purpose & Identity Studio client portal. By accessing the portal, you agree to the policies below to ensure a secure, organized, and professional collaboration experience.
The client portal is provided to give you secure access to:
Project files and deliverables
Invoices and payment links
Feedback forms and revision requests
Shared documents and brand assets
Project updates and communication
The portal is intended to streamline communication and keep all project materials in one place.
You will receive a unique login link or access code.
Do not share your login information with anyone.
Purpose & Identity Studio is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by shared credentials.
All files are stored securely and monitored for safety.
All project-related communication should take place inside the portal unless otherwise agreed.
Messages sent through the portal will receive responses within standard business hours.
Upload all required assets (photos, copy, logos, etc.) directly to the portal.
Final files will be delivered through the portal.
Files remain available for 30 days after project completion.
After 30 days, archived files may require a retrieval fee.
All revision requests must be submitted through the portal.
Requests submitted via text, social media, or other platforms may be missed and are not guaranteed.
Revision limits follow your signed creative agreement.
Invoices will be posted inside the portal.
Payments must be made through the approved payment methods listed.
Work pauses automatically if invoices are overdue.
All files, strategies, and communication inside the portal are confidential.
You may not share or redistribute any materials without written permission.
Portal access may be revoked if:
Payments are overdue
Terms of the creative agreement are violated
Communication becomes unprofessional
Purpose & Identity Studio may update these terms as needed. You will be notified of any changes.
