To begin any project with Purpose & Identity Studio:
A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to start.
Payment plans are available only for Growth & Premium Packages.
You must sign the agreement before booking any project.
You must complete the Google Form and then book your consultation. This is required before booking any project.
The first payment plan installment (40%) is due 2–3 days after your brand session.
Weekly payments must be $100+, unless approved otherwise.
All payment plan installments must be completed 1 day before the final project date.
Consultations require a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance is due immediately after the session.
If you need more one‑on‑one time, you must book an additional consultation.
Extra revisions beyond your package limit are billed at $10–$40.
All fees and payments are non‑refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in the agreement.
