It's up to each person to decide what they think is best. I believe that homework should be mandatory because there are more pros then cons.

Again, homework offers a chance to review old topics, which can help students stay organized and prepared for tests and exams. Going over material at home can also improve their overall school performance. Concerned parents can also look and see how their child is doing.
