The Bachelor of Science in Accountancy program provides general accounting education to students wanting to pursue a professional career in Accountancy in general and in Public Accounting in particular. Further, this is the program that complies with latest competency framework for professional accountants issued by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) through their International Education Standards. Thus, this qualifies the graduate of this program to take assessment leading to certifications in Accountancy given by Professional Regulatory Commission Board of Accountancy (PRC-BOA) and other global professional Accountancy organization.

1) Provide and sustain the excellent quality education in accountancy that meets international standards and broaden opportunities to deserving students;
2) Generate and defuse knowledge through intensive research and extension to make accountancy responsive to dynamically changing domestic and international environment;
3) Provide the students with unique opportunities for personal and professional growth by improving their skills for learning, analyzing, and critical thinking;
4) Encourage the students to express or convey their own ideas steered towards moral aesthetic and cultural values, fostering desirable attitudes and personal discipline in the field of accountancy;
5) Ensure the competence of our graduates through continuous professional education of their dedicated, socially responsible, research oriented and computer literate faculty members.
