PUP Mulanay serves as “The Avenue of Knowledge in the Countryside”.
The campus supports PUP's mission to democratize access to quality education to poor but deserving students of Bondoc Peninsula area of Quezon Province and the nearby provinces. It is located at Brgy. Sta. Rosa, Mulanay, Quezon, along the Bondoc Peninsula Hi-way, overlooking the Tayabas Bay and the island of Marinduque.
Since its establishment in 1993, it has produced graduates who are now employed in the Calabarzon area and the neighboring cities and provinces. To date, it hosts nearly a thousand students as the campus continuously forges linkages with public and private institutions and other entities to support its programs.

It is always said that quality is never an accident. It is always the results of high intention, sincere efforts, intelligent directions, and skillful execution. It is always the wise choice of many alternatives and I believe accreditation is one of the best alternatives to measure how an educational institution is operating to realize it vision, mission, goals, and objectives.
For a branch of the first Polytechnic University situated in Bondoc Peninsula area in Quezon Province, being accredited by the esteemed Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. means a lot for us. It enlivens our spirit to work hard and give the best of what we have to serve the students who have big dreams but lesser opportunities to be in the cities. Thus, to ensure that what we are doing really caters the mandates of serving our clients, PUP Mulanay is submitting its four (4) programs: Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED), Bachelor of
Science in Agribusiness Management (BSAM), Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BSEnt) and Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) for the scrutiny of our accreditation experts. The process is indeed very challenging due to the pandemic that we are experiencing now, but for the advocates of excellence, nothing could stop our thirst for quality.
With the joint efforts of the dedicated and committed faculty, employees, and students of PUP Mulanay and on behalf of PUP Officials with the able leadership of our President, Dr. Manuel M. Muhi, our Vice-President for Branches and Satellite Campuses Prof. Pascualito B. Gatan, fellow accreditors in the Quality Assurance Center headed by Dr. Sanjay P. Claudio, please do accept my sincere appreciation to you our valued accreditors for unselfishly extending us your precious time and efforts to mark another milestone in the account of PUP Mulanay, the avenue of knowledge in the countryside!

The Bachelor in Elementary Education is a four-year program that focuses on preparing excellent educators for reflective classroom practice in elementary schools. This course prepares students in the areas of literacy, mathematics, social studies, and science to create classroom environments that stimulate young students’ curiosity and engage their intellects in ways that directly foster high achievement. The principles of diversity, democracy, authenticity, academic rigor and accountability are integrated into both the professional foundation and elementary education pedagogy courses.
The Bachelor in Science in Agribusiness Management (BSAM) program shall be the producer of agribusiness managers and entrepreneurs embued with deep commitment to improve the quality of life through scientific and technological agribusiness management education.
The Bachelor in Science in Entrepreneurship (BSEntrep) is a four-year course offered in the College of Business, designed to provide undergraduate students an in-depth understanding and appreciation of new venture operations in small business enterprises. It aims to equip young students with entrepreneurial spirit to realize a vibrant and developing economy in the hands of the Filipinos and develop desirable qualities of leadership, social concern and moral values among them.
The Bachelor of Science in Office Administration is a four-year degree program design to equip its graduate the professional skills and competencies needed to meet the needs of the workplace, whether in general business, legal, or the medical offices.
